Bruce A. Jagger


Mr. Jagger received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico and his law degree from George Washington University. He was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for more than three years. He was admitted to practice law in 1962, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. For most of his professional career, Mr. Jagger has represented clients in litigation before state and Federal courts. Early in his career, he was a criminal prosecutor in Orange Country. Since entering private practice, the litigation matters for which he has represented clients have concerned, with few exceptions, patents or trademarks. Mr. Jagger has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in many areas such as medical devices, powder metallurgy, materials handling equipment, electroplating, cutting tools, plasma technology, automated storage systems as well as having litigated in such technological areas as medical devices, hydraulic systems and aerospace related personal safety equipment. He is a member of various professional and business organizations; he has been President of the Wilshire Bar Association.
